I love the emotion on the creature's face. I would agree that you need to make the creature stand out a bit more. Maybe by using different values near the creature. Like it.
Starting to look really good. I like the composition. I would really like to see this once more value has been put into the creature. Right now it's still a little flat.
This is an interesting creature design. Kinda looks like a zombie saber tooth tiger. I would say you need to define the anatomy more on the creature itself. i dont get the feeling muscle or bone too much in this piece. but other than that its coming along well.
Another interesting creature design. The background is well executed as well. Is that a chimera-like creature?
